- Acceptance and payment by the guest for the offered accommodation binds the guest to the Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
- Bookings will only be confirmed once the Booking Form has been completed and confirmed
- The full amount must be paid in advance send Proof of Payment
- Additional extras incurred during the stay must be settled in full prior to checking out

Cancellations & No Shows
- Cancellations will incur a ten percent (10%) administration fee
- "No Shows" will incur a twenty percent (20%) administration fee
- Charges and refunds will be made in South African Rands
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served between 06:00hrs and 09:00hrs
- There is no rate reduction if breakfast is not taken
No Smoking
- All suites, rooms and public areas are No Smoking
- There are designated smoking areas

- Check-in 14:00hrs
- Check-out 10:00hrs
Late Arrivals
- If arriving to check in after 18:00hrs please advise in advance
